A very good experience and a beautiful roof from Samperios Roofing. Arturo and his crew worked hard to make this stress free and seamless for me. He came the same day I initially called and gave me a very reasonable proposal. 10 year workmanship, 30 year materials guarantee. New gutters, downspouts, some rot repair included (tho I don't think I had much, if any). They removed at the roofline/closed off an unused central chimney (100 yr old house). Added venting (6) to my roof that I didn't have before. As soon as I accepted the bid, he got me on the calendar a couple weeks out to complete the job. Quickly obtained the permit. Passed both inspections. They also did my detached garage. They cleared everything out and we were done. The whole process was so easy — I didn't have to do a thing. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!
